Businesses have the option of setting up a booth to promote their products and services to everyone that attends the Best of Clarksville event. We have three booth options to consider:
STANDARD BOOTH - $195 This includes a table, two folding chairs and two tickets to the event.
BOOTH WITH ELECTRICITY - $345 This includes a table, two folding chairs, two tickets to the event and access to plug into an available electrical outlet. If you choose this option, please bring your own extension cord and label it with your business name. Booths that allow electricity are located on the edge of the tents, so space is limited.
POP UP TENT (10' x 10' Space) - $395 This includes a table, two folding chairs and two tickets to the event. This is a high visibility space located outside of the main tents. This is just the space - you must provide your own pop up tent. We have a very limited number of pop up tent options available, so please register as soon as possible if you want this option. Please note that electricity is not available because of where they are located & you will only have a 10’X10’ space for your area in order to accommodate all areas to be filled.
Chaffing racks must be used for heating sources. No electric hot plates, heaters, cooling, cooking devices or popcorn poppers can be plugged into the electricity supplied at the event. If you require any of these items, you must provide your own generator.
Alcohol: You cannot provide liquor samples to the public. Liquor is not permitted at the Best of Clarksville. A business may provide beer samples if you provide Best of Clarksville has a copy of the business' beer permit on file. Y
Tickets: Each business will be given 2 tickets for the event at registration the day of the event. If more people are needed to man your booth, you must buy additional tickets.
Optional: We would like for you to donate an item for the Silent Auction, Please list the item and its value and bring to the event site by 3pm on the day of the event.
We encourage every business to provide samples, demos and/or coupons promoting their business. No sales are permitted to take place at the event.
Vendors will be allowed access to begin setting up their booth space at 10:00 AM on the day of the event. Vendors must be finished setting up their space by 4:00 PM.

The Best of Clarksville reserves the right to allow nominated businesses booth spaces first. Non-nominated businesses that have registered will be notified on October 1, 2022 about booth availability.
